How To Prevent

Wash your hands well and often to avoid contamination

Cover your mouth and nose while coughing or sneezing

Avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands

Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces

Stop hugging or shaking hands while greeting

Distance yourself at least 2 meters from people

Watch For Symptoms

The following symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure.

Fever

Cough

Shortness of breath

If you develop emergency warning signs for COVID-19 get medical attention immediately.

  • Dry Cough, high Fever, Shortness of breath (rare)
  • If these symptoms appear, then you should get your Covid test done and until you are not negative, make sure to keep yourself in quarantine.
